Q.To whom do you recommend the Single Digit Blueprint?
A.To any golfer who wants to dramatically lower their score and improve their confidence, but have failed to do so following most of the guru’s, gadgets, and gimmicks. Golfers who are over 35 really thrive on the Single Digit Blueprint because they experience MEASURABLE results for the first time in their lives. And they finally develop a repeating swing and the confidence that goes with playing well. That answers my question, sign me up.
Q.What are the advantages of the Single Digit Blueprint above lessons?
A.The traditional “swing method” and “tip of the day” programs only work for those who are gifted with a repeating swing or already have a grooved swing. Unless you are on those those guys and have nothing but time and thousands of dollars on hand, you’ll get nowhere. The only guarantee from training like that is you’ll be frustrated and less money to spend. The Single Digit Blueprint takes a different approach to lower scoring. One that is much better for the average golfer who is short on time but long on desire. That answers my question, sign me up.
Q.What happens when I finish a Challenge?
A.You move to the next one. There will be a constant stream of new Golf Challenges and Workout Challenges every month, and they will feature my most cutting edge techniques. You will always find a challenge and a program that suits your golfing goals. That answers my question, sign me up.
Q.Is it OK if I don't have access to a gym?
A.Yes. Only a few programs have equipment that you may need access to a gym. There are plenty of others you can perform just about anywhere with bodyweight, dumbbells, bench, stability ball, or resistance bands. Some workouts suggest a kettlebell or suspension trainer… but options are given if you don’t own that equipment. That answers my question, sign me up.
Q.What if I don't understand a golf lesson or exercise?
A.Hit us up on the Facebook coaching group. With our video library, we also do our best to demonstrate exercises, drills, and strategies so you can easily grasp the content. If you still need help, you can always post up a video and get instant feedback from the coaching team. That answers my question, sign me up.
Q.What if I don't have much time to practice or exercise?
A.That’s not a problem because our methods are designed to be time-sensitive and get to the point without any fluff. In addition, our workouts are short and intense which eliminate the need for hanging around the gym too long. In addition, if you are really pressed for time, you can always skip a set or two or remove some time from your practice sessions. That answers my question, sign me up.
Q.What if I have trouble staying motivated?
A.As a member of the Birdie Brigade (Single Digit Blueprint) you have a built in accountability system. Social support is one of the most important components of transformation. And with hundreds of like-minded members always there to motivate you and keep you accountable – it will nearly be impossible to fail. That answers my question, sign me up.
Q.I am over 40, with a history of injuries. Can I still do the Challenges?
A.Yes. Over the past few years, my mission has been to make training safer and more effective. What good is a training program that injures you? That keeps you off the course and halts your progress. There are plenty of members who have seen their back, knee, and shoulder problems disappear after beginning my training programs. Not only do we suggest exercise substitutions for those with injuries, you also have access to workouts geared for better mobility, flexibility, and joint health. That answers my question, sign me up.
Q.Can I do the programs if I'm a beginning golfer?
A.Absolutely. We have programs for golfers of any skill level, from beginner to intermediate to advanced. That answers my question, sign me up.
Q.I'm an interested female. Would the Single Digit Blueprint work for me?
A.Absolutely! The program focuses on basic fundamentals, mental strategies, and unique “force multipliers” which speed improvement for all golfers. That answers my question, sign me up.
